Chief Designer: Before being contarcted by Georg Jensen to shape silver bowls with explosives, Chris had no backgroungd in jewellery or silver. Today, all his designs are crafted in precious metals, rather than expensive alloys, energetic materials and composites. Despite always considering himself an artist, he served with and worked with the British and Danish Army, once being plastered with the ridiculous accolade of hero in the national press. He passed two degrees with top grades at lightning speed. He is not proud of the first degree which he calls "Design: How to engineer effective fratricide to optimise its cost benefit" "It's no excuse, but I was young -Lupus est homo homini." Inspiration: Clear Danish lines, Conran's liveable minimalism, W Pact military simplicity.

"No other attribute than simplicity is more important in design. Having designed mechanisms to withstand 18000 "G" and effects that take place in microseconds, I know this to be true. Although the world's natural tendancy is towards complexity, the most reliable and aesthetic man-made designs are not... and are proof that we can not compete with nature."
