Your secrets are safe with us! Your credit card details are encrypted using secure wannafind software and are presented directly to PBS International to be checked. PBS is the only company in Denmark with a licence to process credit cards; every shop in Denmark is linked to them.
7-62.com (Clearway ApS) only receives confirmation from PBS that you have paid and never receives your credit card details. Another way of paying if you have an account is via. Paypal. PayPal accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Card and American Express as well as SOLO SWITCH and DELTA and direct transfer from your bank ( Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Korea, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand or the United Kingdom .) It may be a perfect solution for those of you who still have concerns about using your credit card directly on the internet. Maestro We are having problems with Maestro in that UK banks do not always authorise payments. We hope this does not happen to you and aim to resolve this as soon as possible. Customs tax /duty US CA Due to the nature of our advertising we have been in constant contact with our military customers in US, Canada and the countries in which they serve. To date we have no knowledge of import duty being charged. We believe this is due to the fact that purchases under $200 (and gifts under $100) are exempt. You are not required by law to inform us that you are returning goods, repayment will, however, be quicker if you let us know your intentions by e-mail, in advance. We aim to dispatch our goods within the time stated on our "Home"-page. After this, the delivery time is down to the efficiency of Post Denmark and your local postal service. We have received the following feedback: UK: 2-3 working days Since we use national postal services to deliver our goods, our delivery times are impossible to predict on a global scale. However, Post Denmark state on this english-language link that the time from dispatch to delivery is 2-3 days within Europe and an extra day elsewhere - In our experience, these delivery times are reached within Europe - we do not have enough feedback from elsewhere to make predictions outside Europe. We do, though, recommend that you wait between 1-2 weeks before contacting us to report the item lost, especially if you are in a war zone or on R&R on a Caribbean island! In case of loss we will do our best to replace the missing item, yet reserve the right to remove countries from our address list in cases of successive loss. Delivery to Postboxes is not allowed. Addresses which are written in full, however, and contain a postbox number (such as barracks) are acceptable. 7-62.com apologise if your country does not appear in the delivery address form. 7-62.com reserve the right to not send goods to countries where persistent postal delays or loses occur. Delivery is free to BFPO (as it is worldwide). When entering a BFPO address, the country should be Great Britain or United Kingdom, where ever you are stationed. Your order is dispatched to UK where it joins the BFPO delivery chain. Delivery times are 2 days plus the normal delivery time from UK. If you are serving outside the EU you can pay in dollars to avoid paying VAT. To do this Write BFPO XYZ in the address and pick the country as Great Britain. Jewellery / Legal 7.62.com sell jewellery created from bullets; all bullets are engraved, plated, drilled and modified to change their intent and design and ability. 7-62 sell their bullets as jewellery, however, since we sell worldwide, if you doubt that our jewellery will be interpreted as such by national authorities, buyers must check that they are not breaching national law. (The projectiles we use do not contain and have never been in contact with explosives, pyrotechnics or propellant and therefore are not subject to control of explosives or hazardous goods regulations. The projectiles we use are factory new and have never been part of ammunition. We do not create jewellery from specially dangerous projectiles (dum-dum armour piercing) subject to international restrictions. In the UK for example, projectiles (misiles/shot) are defined differently from ammunition and firearms and provided they are not specially dangerous (i.e. UK Firearms act 1968 5(1A)g). are OK) 7-62.com reserves the right not to sell bullets believed to be bought with malicious intent. It is obviously against the law and punishable by prison to use these bullets as a threat. Equally. bullets ordered in the name of any famous or notorious person.. i.e Schwarzenegger, Bush, Sadam, Osama, will not be produced and you will receive a full refund. Should any notorious person feel they have a need for one of our bullets :-) they should contact us personally. We will of course need your full address or hideout location ;-) Bullets contain lead. We coat the baselead to keep it encapsulated but remember these bullets are not toys, they are not to be sucked. Lead is poisonous if taken orally. Cleaning All 7-62 products can be cleaned with a metal polish such as Silvo and a soft cloth. Copper is very prone to tarnishing and the surface is passified to reduce this. However, copper products in particular, will need to be polished regularly. You might like to try ketchup or the dark green toilet cleaner to make the job ten times easier. Copper ionizing Arthritis sufferers wear copper bracelets and they too notice that copper turns green when exposed to salt, air and time (sweat). We clear coat copper bullets with a base ring to offset this. The clear coat can wear off due to wear and tear, so if you wish to recoat your bullet take a leaf out of their book: get rid of the old laqueur with acetone (good vinigar also works), dry polish it and touch it up with a clear varnish such as nail polish varnish. If you do suffer from arthritis and want to absorb the copper ions, well, you're back to polishing. Quality Some bullets are not as shiny as others. The Russian ammunition comes with micro scratches and blemishes. That's what you get when you buy the genuine article. If, however, your copper bullet has turned dull brown, it is a mistake and we will replace it. Your engraving may turn darker with time. This is natural oxidation where the surface treatment has been etched away... your name will just appear clearer. Sniper bullets will lose their grey surface if handled. The tins are clear coated and can have minute abrasions due to the manufacturing process. This can't be helped. Our suppliers do the best they can. We sort them and engrave them as a little memento and go no further. Base rings The base rings are attached to lead (sometimes through a copper jacket). We do our best to make the joint as strong as possible. If the ring pulls out of the bullet (and does not snap) please contact us for a replacement. Wholesale We do sell wholesale to registered buisinesses and designers. Wholesale quantities start at 20 units with the same engraved design. Prices can be lower than 1/3 £UKP retail for bullets depending on quantities and artwork. Serious enquires only please expecting to pay between 30-40% + VAT of the taxed £ prices shown including tins. The prices of lighters and the such like can not be reduced by much but 7-62 will prepare, clean and improve your logo for free to make sure it looks perfect when engraved. Artwork should be submitted as a PC file, preferably a black and white bitmap, but all computer files can be utilised. more >> Gifts We do not wrap gifts, but we will withold the paper invoice from the parcel and send an e-mail invoice if the tick box is checked when you enter the delivery address. We DO mark the envelopes with a 7-62 return address... if it is important that it is sent in a plain envelope, let us know. |
