Your secrets are safe with us!

Your credit card details are encrypted using secure wannafind software and are presented to PBS International to be checked. PBS is the only company in Denmark with a licence from Visa and Mastercard. 7-62.com (Clearway ApS) only receives confirmation from PBS that you have paid and never receives your credit card details.
7-62.com does not retain e-mail addresses on anything other than a paper copy of your order, kept for tax-purposes. Your e-mail address is not stored electronically and can never be hacked. It will never be used for anything other than your order.

Prices include engraving and delivery worldwide. Payments will be deducted from your account, only when the goods are sent.

*If you choose to pay in Euro Krone or Pounds, EU sales tax is automatically added.

* If your order is to be delivered outside Europe or to US bases within Europe you may choose to pay in US dollars. The US$ prices on this site are EU sales-tax free, local sales (state) taxes, however, may be due on receipt.

7-62.com is a Danish firm owned by Clearway ApS, as such the conditions of sale are according to Danish law. Clearway ApS endeavours to also respect the law in effect where the product is bought.

If local laws do not state otherwise:

  • The purchaser may return any item that has not been personalised within 14 days of receipt for full refund. Purchaser pays postage. We recommend that you contact us by e-mail if you expect the return postage to take longer than a further 14 days, so that we can then extend our automatic refund cut off date.
  • Personalised items can not be returned.
  • Should there be a fault in our product or a misunderstanding regarding personalisation, 7-62.com will gladly re-supply a rectified product and bear postage costs. All we ask is an explanation and Jpeg photo.

You are not required by law to inform us that you are returning goods, repayment will, however, be quicker if you let us know your intentions by e-mail, in advance.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch our goods within the time stated on our home-page. After this, the delivery time is down to the efficiency of Post Denmark and your local postal service.

Since we use national postal services to deliver our goods, our delivery times are impossible to predict on a global scale. However, Post Denmark state on this english-language link that the time from dispatch to delivery is 2-3 days within Europe and an extra day elsewhere. We do, though, recommend that you wait between 1-2 weeks before contacting us to report the item lost, especially if you are in a war zone or on R&R on a Caribbean island! In case of loss we will do our best to replace the missing item, yet reserve the right to remove countries from our address list in cases of successive loss.

Please let us know if you have suffered from, or been pleasantly surprised by, delivery times. We want to write a page letting people know by country, what they can expect.

Delivery to Postboxes is not allowed. Addresses which are written in full, however, and contain a postbox number (such as barracks) are acceptable.

7-62.com apologise if your country does not appear in the delivery address form. 7-62.com reserve the right to not send goods to countries where persistent postal delays or loses occur.

Jewellery / Legal

7.62.com sell jewellery created from bullets; all bullets are engraved, plated, drilled and modified to change their intent and design and ability. 7-62 sell their bullets as jewellery, however, since we sell worldwide, if you doubt that our jewellery will be interpreted as such, by national authorities, you must check that you are not breaching national law.

(The projectiles we use do not contain and have never been in contact with explosives, pyrotechnics or propellant and therefore are not subject to control of explosives or hazardous goods regulations. The projectiles we use are factory new and have never been part of ammunition. We do not create jewellery from specially dangerous projectiles (dum-dum armour piercing) subject to international restrictions. In the UK for example, projectiles (misiles/shot) are defined differently from ammunition and firearms and provided they are not specially dangerous (i.e. UK Firearms act 1968 5(1A)g) are OK. Good indicators to make judgement easy are: whether the police store inert components such as spent cartridges under the same security as ammunition and whether collectors are free to trade inert ammunition in auction houses such as e-bay. Please contact us if you experience legal issues, we have no wish to sell to countries where our jewellery is regarded as anything else.)

Malicious use of bullets

7-62.com reserves the right not to sell bullets believed to be bought with malicious intent. It is obviously against the law and punishable by prison to use these bullets as a threat. Equally.. bullets ordered in the name of any famous or notorious person.. i.e Schwarzenegger, Bush, Sadam, Osama, will not be produced and you will receive a full refund. Should any notorious person feel they have a need for one of our bullets  :-) they should contact us personally. We will of course need your full address or hideout location ;-)

Lead Content

Bullets contain lead. We coat the lead to keep it encapsulated but remember these bullets are not toys, they are not to be sucked. Lead is poisonous if taken orally.
