Add insurance and Track and Trace
Post to Western europe is highly reliable and we insure those deliveries, but other countries have a much worse record. These are USA, Bulgaria, Hungary and Russia. We firmly recomend that Eastern European customers insure their purchases. US customers (not Canada) should be aware that long delays have been experienced and up to 7% customers have claimed that their mail has not arrived. Save money - combine orders with your friends and pay for track and trace just once. For very low value orders we will insure the deliveries ourselves. If your package arrives with No Quibble insurance, you can email us on receipt and the TT&I fee will be refunded.
All British Forces post has arrived all over the world. Only one APO delivery has dissapeared.
(note: USPS have not yet adopted the international track and trace system. Tracking on non delivery requires paperwork filled out by us... however all post insured this way arrives.)
